Capitola Aptos Rotary Grant Applications

Each year, Capitola Aptos Rotary Club contributes to our local community through a grant process. The application is due no later than April 15, 2016, and may be obtained by emailing Rob Martin (rob1007@sbcglobal.net).  Once the application is completed, it can either be emailed to Rob at that same address or mailed to Capitola Aptos Rotary at P. O. Box 591, Capitola CA 95010.
